Head of Property Services

Chris Wagner has worked on homes across New England, with 15 years of experience in residential construction and client services.

For the past 20 years, Chris has worked in hospitality, landscape maintenance and construction, traditional timber framing, fine woodworking and residential renovation. He joined C&M as a Property Services Technician in 2012. In 2015, Chris moved to his current position as head of C&M's Property Services department which has grown from a one-man operation to include a talented staff of seven with clients across the Boston Metro area. He believes the personal relationships among designers, tradespeople and homeowneres form the heart and soul of C&M's long-term success in the communities in which we work.

Chris lives in Gloucester with his wife and two children in an 1850 farmhouse under constant renovation.  He is currently on the Building Restoration Committee for the Orthodox Congregational Church in Lanesville and is a past President of the Board of Directors for the Lanesville Community Center.  When he is not working (when is that?) he thoroughly enjoys sailing and fishing on vessels of all sizes offshore and along the New England coast.
