(2010)  Although almost entirely new construction, this custom shingle style home was designed to look as though it had evolved from the original 1873 stick style cottage on the site.  However, with an open floor plan and powered by geothermal technology, this aesthetically traditional home exemplifies sustainable living and contemporary design preferences.

In 2018, C&M was honored to receive two new awards from the New England Chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art (ICAA). We were honored to be recognized for both craftsmanship and design categories, truly the celebration of the collaborative design-build model on which our firm was founded.
