Our Home Service Division is uniquely equipped to serve our client's individual needs beyond the construction phase. From changing filters in the HVAC system every spring, installing window screens in the summer, tuning the boiler in the fall, or raking snow and ice-dams in winter, the Home Service Division is prepared to provide seasonal and annual maintenance to keep your home looking beautiful and functioning optimally.
Small Projects and Installations
Our Home Service Division offers the same quality design-build work for which Carpenter & MacNeille is known, but on a smaller scale. Whether you need new tile installed in a bathroom, updated kitchen cabinets, a new sun-porch, or just want to have a design and pricing consultation, we offer many levels of integrated services.
Concierge Service
White glove is the term we use to describe our personal Concierge Service. Stocking the refrigerator, making the beds, coordinating airport transportation, organizing a catered event, and planning a boat tour on the Annisquam River are just a few of the unique services we have orchestrated for our busy clients.
Rapid Response
If a pipe bursts in the middle of the night or your alarm system is going off while you are on vacation we are able to respond in any emergency situation. We are trusted key holders for many of our clients and when the unexpected happens we are available “on-call” for rapid response and peace of mind.

Our client had a mural from a famous Gloucester artist painted directly on a plaster wall. The family heirloom was set for sure destruction when they decided to demolish the house. Our team was able to cut out the wall thereby saving the priceless painting.
